Chalmers has developed office, medical, flex, industrial and multifamily products.  Chalmers Property has begun the development of Premier Business Center in Manassas, Virginia, a 750,000 SF bulk industrial project set to commence construction in September 2011 with a delivery in the Second Quarter of 2012.
